Katy Kan (PhD) has more than 30 years of experience across academia, education and commercial. Communication is foundational in all these endeavours. In particular, Dr. Kan has 20 years of experience teaching Business Communication at the tertiary level. She also spearheaded the setting up of the Continual Education and Training (CET) arm at the tertiary level to deliver SSG-approved communication workshops to the public. As a corporate trainer, she has curated and conducted communication workshops for stakeholders of various institutions such as Hwa Chong Institution, SIM Global Education, and NTU Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.
