The events industry has been greatly disrupted by the pandemic. I have gained different insights and learnt new skills on not just negotiation, but also how you make us think why we say what we said. Through different role-play by different teams, it emerged real situations (prepared & unprepared, civil vs assertive) that we do not see in our own bubble. I like the different perspective particularly from (name of another participant)'s end. It helps us to look beyond comfort zone and prepare us for the real deal. We have more to learn and thank you once again.
